Return it to the address indicated on the enclosed flyer. The customer will be mailed a LifeSteps CD.

7.   Discount Hotel/Motel Directory (Savings of up to 50% off the rack rate)

An application is included in the customer packet. Customers simply complete the
application and mail to the address listed in the brochure application. A directory and membership card will be mailed back to them. Remind customers to read introductory pages of the directory to gain maximum value from this service.

  • Customers will not receive an automatic verification of receipt of information. They can call the 800 number listed on their flyer to verify if information is received by the administrator (please allow four to six weeks for input).

19.  Lost Key

An application is included in the customer packet. Customers simply complete the application and return it to the address indicated on the enclosed flyer. The customer will be enrolled in the Lost Key service and be mailed a key tag to place on their key ring.

If keys are lost, the person finding the key tag places keys in a post office box and they are returned to The Sisk Company. They send keys to the individual registered with the key tag number.
